Magnetic hold may vary depending on your phone case. For best performance and to prevent detachment when using the grip, we recommend cases with N52-strength magnets or higher.

Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their device and case. The manufacturer is not responsible for reduced hold, detachment, or damage caused by incompatible cases or improper use.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or used items. Items must be in original condition for any resolution.

Refunds or replacements (if approved) will be processed after the issue is reviewed.
